my personal banking transformed

I have seen my banking transformed by the Triodos mobile banking app. Being a retiree on a tight budget it is invaluable to be able to monitor payments and balance so easily. I am not very techy but it is very easy to use, unlike other banks I use. I have also found the staff responsive and efficient on the phone. My best banking experience ever! I can sleep better at night
