Friendly Ethical accounts

I am with Triodos for their ethics but stay for their excellent customer service. Anytime I have called them I have been dealt with in a timely, efficient friendly manner. I now have a currents account, savings account and an ISA with them. The app and website are easy to navigate and seem very secure. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

my personal banking transformed

I have seen my banking transformed by the Triodos mobile banking app. Being a retiree on a tight budget it is invaluable to be able to monitor payments and balance so easily. I am not very techy but it is very easy to use, unlike other banks I use. I have also found the staff responsive and efficient on the phone. My best banking experience ever!
