Very Satisfied Customer of an Ethical Bank

Swapped current account last year and Triodos made the process simple. No issues throughout the process. We get regular (but not too regular) emails on the great work that Triodos are doing within communities with their responsible lending. Security appears to be high on transactions to avoid fraud. Friendly Ethical accounts

I am with Triodos for their ethics but stay for their excellent customer service. Anytime I have called them I have been dealt with in a timely, efficient friendly manner. I now have a currents account, savings account and an ISA with them. The app and website are easy to navigate and seem very secure. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
