First class customer service every time.

First class customer service every time. Short waits to deal with helpful people. I am deaf, and they have always been patient, helpful and understanding. Informative, and relevant updates and newsletters, helping me to bank securely and with a clear conscience. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Ethical stance.

Customer service with outstanding warmth

I could not be more happy with the customer service I've received from Triodos on the telephone. I have an account with Natwest and the difference between experiences of support and general kindness and humanity are night and day. I really felt like I was speaking to a human being that cared when I spoke to Triodos. I didn't get the sense the agent was just going through the motions as I do with too many other organisations.
