Feel good

It feels good to have an account with a bank that I know is ethical and that my money is being used to do good things. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Excellent ethical bank.

As good as any of the big name banks, but with the knowledge that their investments are contributing to a better world. I love the ability to "drill down" on their website, and see where funds are actually being invested, and what projects supported. That ability simply isn't available with the "normal" banks that are investing heavily in arms, tobacco, and oil. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Secure and responsive online messaging service. Prompt response to messages, requests for help or advice. Good monitoring and action taken on large or unusual transactions from an account. Come for an ethical bank and always improving products.

I want an ethical bank and Triodos provides that. While it was only that that convinced me to stay with them originally, as their app and website offering was well behind that of other UK banks, they consistently have improved these, to being on par with traditional banks. Current acc - simple, easy-to-use and ethical

Current acc app is simple to use and debits show up quickly, so it has always been easy to keep track of ingoing and outgoing money. I like that I am banking with an ethical bank. Transfers between my other current acc (with CoOp bank) are easy. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Never look back

I switched to Triodos after searching for a more ethical way to manage my accounts. I have been pleased with how transparent and progressive Triodos is, allowing me to have comfort in my finances and morals.
