Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Easy to use app on my mobile. Never had a problem.

Easy to use app on my mobile which is combined with the savings account I also have with the same bank. Transactions are immediate and confirmed by text and I have never had a problem. It is great to know that the profits from this bank are helping to maintain the planet we live on instead of destroying it. Reviewed on: 21st February 2025

Love what Triodos represents but still work to do.

Reasons for not giving higher ratings: 1. Takes too long to get replies into secure messages. 2. Not having a singular case manager when issues arise. My complaint was not thoroughly understood therefore my point was not understood which means it was likely rushed and I don’t have the time to challenge the outcome and further explain. 3.
