Equitable choices are centred when the bank makes changes to the services they provide. For example when they took away the overdraft opition they removed the overdraft amount I had with no charge. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

10/10 bank

Triodos is an excellent bank, the updates to the app are really good, I enjoy the regular updates on how the bank is investing ethically and supporting interesting projects. Whenever I have needed customer support (very rarely) they have been friendly and helpful. Very much worth the 3 pounds a month to know that my money is making a positive difference. Catering for older customers.
