Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Great ethical bank

No nonsense easy to use ethical banking

Does all the things you expect of a current account, a small monthly fee, no added extras that you don’t need anyway, an app that works and allows for 2 factor authentication - a big improvement on the old smart cards. All this knowing that it’s a small bank with impeccable ethics, and, should you need to use it, first class customer service. It’d get a 10/10 if it just had Apple Pay. Next year maybe? Real ethical values from real people

At Triodos you talk to customer service staff who are based in the UK, not in an anonymous call room miles away. The assistance is personalised and positive. Triodos has authentic sustainable and ethical values. As far as I know it is the only such bank to offer a personal current account as well as an array of options for saving, and all its accounts are covered by the financial services guarantee.
