An Excellent Ethical and Truly Positive Bank

My wife and I have current accounts and saver accounts. Many years ago we searched for a truly positive bank - a bank where funds will only go to truly positive projects for people and the planet. Triodos is that bank. They are honest and open about what they fund and how they work as a bank. We are grateful and proud to be banking with them. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Amazing ethical bank

Triodos is a real breathe of fresh air. I know my money is safe with a bank I trust not to fund environmental or humanitarian disasters. They support sustainable and ethical projects that really help people and the environment. They are also fantastic at dealing personally with any queries and are always polite and friendly. I recommend them to everyone I speak to about financial matters. Why would anyone continue to fund banks that trash the world with their harmful investments when wonderful banks like this now thankfully exist? Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Most transparent bank - and great staff/support

I had a few minor issues when opening my account, I contacted the support who was very competent and effective (and UK based I would think). Also there is quite a lot of transparency and information available. I understand the bank's ethos and where my money is going. Can't say the same for other banks. Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Great ethically - limited api

People centred service

The initial and main reason for choosing to bank with Triodos was for its ethical convictions and credentials and my experience ,If I’ve ever needed to call and speak to someone at Triodos, has always been ones that’s felt very much people centred, positive, friendly and that nothing is too much trouble.. The only true ethical bank

Everything about banking with Triodos is perfect for me. Its ethical , its transparent and its supports the things that matter to me like People and our Planet. I'm a very small customer but the bank staff always treat and query or question as if I'm the most important customer in their patch.
