Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Easy to use, good for the planet.

The are 2 important points about Triodos, 1, the banking app is as easy to use as any of the other, more mainstream banks. 2, The investment rates are competitively set and are actually better than many high street banks. These two points and the fact that Triodos does such incredible work to address the major environmental challenges of today, make it a no brainer for me. Rural difficulties

I transferred my current account from a high street back to Tridos as I am passionate about climate/community projects. I really like the work that Tridos does. Living rurally I find the bank card a challenge to use - it is not accepted in my village Link machine and not accepted at the post office so I have no means of accesses cash or paying for items Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

I switched from Barclays to Triodos after discovering the differences between them, and realising that I like being a human and existing on this planet. I want to support green, ethical investment and I thoroughly enjoyed the stopping of funding dirty money. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

All interactions good so far.

All interactions good so far, and a customer now for several years. Maybe not a bank for the non - tech enabled, and I wouldn't recommend for an older relative, but I've been happy. Consistent strong attitude expressed towards ethical banking. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

I love banking somewhere honest transparent and ethical

I love putting my money somewhere that is honest transparent and ethical. I have trust and ease of access to information that is relevant to me there are no hidden costs and I feel fully informed. Whilst there's been a good choice of ethical investments available for a while, finding a bank whose entire business is ethical has been a lot harder until Triodos came to the UK. Hopefully they will start taking business accounts again soon. Charges for Euro transactions are a pain, particularly when the bank is headquartered in the euro zone. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
