I have been with Triodos since they opened their current account facility. It works very well and is excellent for online banking. The security set up is good, especially the alert system when making payments. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Friendly and efficient.

More-than-money

Triodos Has all you would want from a bank - good communication, efficient apps and, despite not having local branches, availability. Whenever I have needed help or advice with money matters, I have spoken to a knowledgeable person, not speaking from a script, If I have had to wait, the music has been interesting and not designed to send me climbing up the wall.
