Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Top rating for ethics, & getting through to real people

Although I didn't give top rating for value for money (there is a monthly fee) I don't chose Triodos for that, I choose it for its ethics. And as well as its ethics, it's also accessible - I get through easily to a real person when I call the bank, and that is a real positive. Reviewed on: 1st February 2024

Triodos have been brilliant.

Triodos have been brilliant. The company, the app, the customer experience have all more than exceeded expectations. Every interaction has been great, and completely hassle-free. And it’s great to be with a bank that is committed to doing good in the world. Not only are Triodos completely transparent but they send regular communications containing updates, insights, information on projects they’re involved with and other content customers would find relevant.
