Finally a bank that trades on ethical credentials

Switch to Triodos was easy and pain-free. Left our previous bank (one of the big ones) due to them not putting my money where their mouth was - i.e. still investing in fossil fuels never mind some unproven (but still concerning) allegations of links to terrorism and organised crime. Far rather be with a bank who trades on being ethical. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

The best bank ethical around

Triodos is streets ahead of the five big banks operating in the UK for its ethical stance and for making investment in green projects and companies easier. It also give great customer service and support. I couldn't recommend them more! Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Great customer service. Great values.

Triodos is a bank which is actually attempting to use money in a sustainable way, rather than funding environmental destruction. And no greenwashing! I've spoken to a customer services person a couple of times with questions about a new account, and they were friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

This is a bank that I can trust. I know that my money is being used to support investments that I can believe in, investments that support rather than destroy our efforts to evolve a sustainable future. Their customer service is second to none with short wait times and excellent response. The most sustainable and ethical bank that exists

Triodos is very transparent with their sustainability and ethical practices which is very refreshing and the customer service I have experience has been spot on. The only down side is that cash cannot be put into the bank easily but I'm hoping this will change in the future. Triodos stands out as a major pioneer in sustainable banking and helping people use their money for the good of the planet. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Although still a relatively small banking player, Triodos reflects the values and aspirations of a growing number of today’s savers.
