A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

A clear sense of purpose

If you are concerned about where you money goes when you put it in a bank, then Triodos is for you. No other bank has such a strong environmental policy or such clear methods of explaining who they lend to and why. Great ethical bank

I opened a Triodos current account soon after they were first available. The bank's ethical approach to lending and transparent way of operating were very important considerations in that decision. I have not been disappointed. Online banking is simple and reliable and customer support over the phone does not involve long waits or multiple calls to resolve any problems. The bank is actively reducing its environmental footprint as well which is critical given the lack of progress in decarbonising our economy. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Best bank

Eco anxiety and concerns about labour abuse by the myriad of industries the banking sector supports is enormously relieved by banking with Triodos. Plus they super nice, supportive and caring about me as customer with chronic illnesses. Plus! They work just like any other bank with apps and easy to use customer service. Best banking service by far

Customer service us excellent with queries answered by internal email very quickly (but I've needed very little help in my many years as account holder). The app and web service is reliable and very tidy. And all of that plus being a truly ethical organisation. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

No BS ethical banking.

Had banked with Triodos at work for twenty years, which had been great, so decided to migrate my day to day banking from Nat West and First Direct to Triodos for ethical and customer service reasons. Good decision; no regrets at all ! Glad also to be with a bank that will be on the right side of history re the CEE etc. Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

Good bank
