Proud to use a responsible bank

Good. User interface hopefully continued to improve. Would be great to see faster transactions (both paid and received) and mobile notifications for these notifications. Monzo does this very well. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Great and ethical bank

Was looking for an ethical bank and research led me to Triodos. I’m glad I changed over…we need more of them and less of the big 5. Customer service has always been excellent. A few minor bumps with card declines in the beginning but all smooth now and I out that down to my card being new. The digital side isn’t as advanced as some banks but they are smaller and the focus is on other benefits, but it is improving. Would throughly recommend Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Easy to go green

Triodos was so easy to join and transfer my account to it was great. I feel that my money's being used well and Triodos are transparent and happy to share how they invest my money. Friendly, fast, and ethical

I moved to Tridos bank nearly a year ago because of their high ethical and sustainability standards and am so glad I did. The switch and setup were really easy and it has been fast and great to use since. Every time I see the news about banks, including my previous bank, financing climate-destructive industries I am so glad my money is now being used to help create a safer and more equitable future instead.
