Brilliant Ethical Bank!

After significant customer service problems with two of the Big Six, I contacted Triodos, spoke quickly to a friendly, competent person who gave me the right answers, so I opened an account. Very pleased with the service over the last eight months! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical and accessible

Triodos’ ethical environmental and social credentials are beyond doubt, a quick search of the projects they’re involved in was enough to convince me that Triodos was the bank I should switch my current account to. What I didn’t know was how easy it is to manage my account online through the app and how accessible staff are by phone. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Now more than ever we must all switch to a bank that choses not to destroy the environment for future generations and actually invests in the futures of communities and humanity as a whole. If we lived in a just and fair society, all banks would be like Triodos. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Triodos is great! It gives me so much peace of mind to know that my money is not being used to fund industries which are worsening the climate crisis. Instead it is investing in sustainable solutions for the future. I think everyone in the UK should switch to Triodos. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical banking

With little consumer choice around ethical UK banking Triodos is a breath of fresh air in how to manage customer money ethically and this is why I chose them and would not change. Their customer service is efficient and helpful and you quickly get to speak to a real person. The app and website are OK, the digipass seems a bit old fashioned and I don't carry it with me so Internet banking when I'm not at home can be a challenge, there are other ways to verify using mobile phones but this is a small niggle.
