The environment and customer support

Triodos is the most environmentally aware bank and acts on its principles. I believe that climate change is the biggest challenge facing us all, so I think that Triodos policies and actions are of great importance to the world. On a personal note Triodos has been wonderful in supporting me through a recent hacking of my computer and bank account, They acted both proactively to protect my account and supportively in helping clean up the aftermath. Hassle-free banking

My bank account is secure and easy to operate. Being something of a 'stick in the mud', as far as upgrading my old mobile phone goes, I only operate the account from my laptop, but that gives me everything I need from the account. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Excellent personal service when help needed

We are pleased to have transferred our account to an ethical bank. One concern was that there was no local physical branch location. However, we have contacted the bank by phone on several occasions and on each occasion have been more than satisfied by the personal attention received. Each person has stayed with us until satisfied that we had resolved our problem and gave no sense of being rushed. Access to the account is easy by phone app or online. Outstanding & Straightforward

This is a really decent bank not one of the majors still investing in fossil fuels, laundering dirty cash and the like. It gives good straightforward customer service, doesn't bombard you with dubious loan offers and other nonsense - its an outstanding product in a sector with so few of them. I’m so happy to have found Triodos bank. I feel relieved that my money is not funding hate, but goes towards positive schemes. The App is very easy to use, and when I have needed further assistance the service on the help lines is the most friendly and helpful you’ll find. My call have also been answered promptly. Brilliant
