Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. The only thing I would love to see is an improvement...

The only thing I would love to see is an improvement in app design to encourage more people to join - I think the speed of monzo / starling etc are compelling to customers and think triodos could potentially become more successful than those if the app and speed of transfers improved but totally understand this takes money. Good banking experience, with good ethical position

I like having my money in a bank with the ethical position of Triodos. I find the website easy to use and customer service very helpful and immediate. I also have a savings account with Triodos which pays a good rate of interest. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024

Comfortable Banking

I enjoy being able to bank without worrying about what my money is being used for. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. Information is clear and easily accessible. I also enjoy not having products pushed at me like you do with high street banks. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024
