You can manage your account via an app and there’s a Bristol-based contact team if you need support. Triodos don’t offer an overdraft facility or immediate faster payments. You’ll get text message alerts to help you manage your money and online statement.

The go-to bank for people-centred values

The only bank I know that puts people before profit, invests ethically, including supporting small community projects.On top of this it offers excellent and personal customer service. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Ethical, responsive banking

Triodos are not only the only bank I know of that invests positively (rather than other 'ethical' banks investing 'not horrifically'), but also give a personal service - you are not likely to be stuck on the end of the phone for hours waiting for a human to speak to you!
