Great ethos but no human contact

I really love the ethics and ethos of Triados but they’ve made it quite difficult to use the bank and I think the monthly charge is high for what I receive as a client ... I don’t mind if it is supporting the planet but I’d like at least some human contact ... they sent me a letter saying they’d block my account because I had t used it ... I’ve been trying to use it but I can’t make any payments from it ... I just transferred most of my funds out from it because I’m worried I won’t be able to access my account if they block me ... I’m just a very small person who was trying to change the way I bank and they’ve made me feel I’d made mistakes ... I just don’t get it Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

Banking with a conscience!

Triodos are an amazing bank and every penny invested has a positive social and/or environmental impact. Account holders recieve a quartely newsletter and opportunities to visit businesses, projects and charities that the bank lend to and support. Best ethical bank out there and have been for years. Triodos - a bank that reflects and supports my environmental and social beliefs.

I moved my current account to Triodos bank 5 months ago as I wanted my money to be used for greater environmental and social good, rather than than the continuing investment in fossil fuels and other unethical practices used by the majority of high street banks.
