I love the ethos and sustainability focus of Triodos bank. I feel reassured that my banking does not contribute to fossil fuels investments. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Peace of mind...

Being able to bank with an institute that prioritises ethics gives me great peace of mind in a climate where it is unclear what our money is being used for. Whilst Triodos is still small and there are some teething issues that need ironing out, such as their contactless products, this is something I'm willing to be patient regarding given their alignment with my personal ethics. Fair and Transparent

They are fair and transparent. Don't hide their fees. The customer service staff are always helpful and on the ball. At the end of the day, the monetary economy isn't saving anyone in the long run, but Triodos actually try to lessen their impact. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Great customer service and an ethical bank!

When initially contacting Triodos Bank before setting up my account the customer service was friendly, patient, and helpful. I also wanted to know if I could switch my Mother's bank account from Barclays to Triodos using my POA as she has dementia. They were very helpful with this too. I love that they are an ethical bank which was the reason I wanted to switch. I am really happy that I did! Reviewed on: 15th April 2025
