Efficient banking with a clear conscience

Opening a current account and transferring all our direct debits etc went very smoothly - just one small hiccup that was eventually resolved. Online banking plus phone app works very well. I like Triodos values and enjoy learning about some of the businesses they invest in. Tackling climate disruption and other environmental and social justice issues means putting one’s money where one’s heart and mind are - and Triodos helps me to do just that. My savings do good now, not harm

Day-to-day experience is good, with very few disadvantages compared to my previous experience with a "big name" (not ethical) bank. But critically, my current and savings account balances are being invested in projects I can feel glad about - rather than my previous bank that generated me more interest, but through practices that ultimately made the world a worse place. Fantastic, trustworthy, ethical bank

Triodos is not only amazing in what their doing on a global level, being a highly rated ethical bank, but their personal approach and super friendly customer service is just wonderful. I couldn't be happier with their services and I hope from the bottom of my heart that more people switch to ethical banks like Triodos to make a difference in this world. Delayed credits

Although the bank has ethical credentials the credits from other banks are not paid in in a timely manner also the login system on web browsers is far too complicated and messy. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Most Ethical bank I could find.

At 78 I have joined Triodos bank. The help provided on phone support has been efficient, kind and patient when online banking proves daunting to an older customer. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical, personal and decent rates

I am very happy with Triodos, having been with them since 2017. They are most definitely the most ethical bank you can find (and extremely transparent), which is my main reason for being with and staying with them. I do not want my money use for or invested in companies that do not have genuine environmental and ethical policies and practices. On the few occasions that I had a question, I have received a timely, helpful answer, and their other communications on line are helpful. I also think their interest rates are as good as any of the mainstream banks, currently low, but then so are those of the big banks. I think Triodos most definitely deserves a banking award as an example to other banking institutions. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical bank with excellent service

We've had a current account with Triodos for a couple of years now. The service has been excellent, I have literally no complaints. And I also consider them the most ethical/environmentally friendly bank in the UK, which is important for us and the main reason we moved to them. 10/10! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Brilliant ethical bank

I love banking with Triodos. It feels great to know that my funds are invested ethically and to be with a bank who are so transparent. I love the fact that Triodos feels more like a movement and a family than a corporate banking experience. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

The friendly ethical bank
