Ease of use Contact with a person when setting up was very helpful. App very easy to use. Limited uses of contact less before requiring PIN very wise move. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

I am very impressed with the amazing work Triodos does to help small and large businesses further their ecological and environmental work ethos. Very friendly and helpful with any problems which may arise. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are making such a big difference by investing in tomorrow and NOT big cat industries. Great to be part of an ethical bank at last

I switched from First Direct (HSBC), I was very happy there but I was informed about where their money goes and I was not happy. I wanted my money to be with an ethical bank. So our joint account is with Triodos and my personal with Starling. I can sleep easy now, knowing that both are ethical. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

It's such a relief to know that the money I keep with Triodos isn't being used to fund deforestation or other harmful, short-term economic pursuits. Everything feels so fragile at the moment, and none of the other high street banks even try to address the issues society faces. Even though their digital experience could be smoother, the fundamentals of Triodos stand for something other than corporate greed, and that's what really matters to me.
