User-friendly website and app

I have a current account with Triodos bank - I find them prompt in communications, and the website and app are both very user-friendly. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Ethical and customer focused

I was attracted by Triodos' pledge not to finance unethical businesses like fossil fuel and exploitative industries. I'm heartened by their high quality email newsletters explaining the good my money does across the world. They were also very switched on when it came to an attempted scam by contacting me and sorting things out quickly. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Excellent current account experience

I opened a current account about a year ago and I find everything about my Triodos account really intuitive. I've never had any problems finding information I need, I love that they're Bristol based and relatively small, I love that they're all about more ethical investments. The app is really user friendly, it's easy to keep a track of my spending and I'll never look back after joining them. There's a small charge every month for using the account but it's worth every penny for sure. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Excellent Banking services
