Triodos - Great Customer Service

They may be a small bank but they do the CS piece in exactly the way I want it. They're mostly hands off. The fees for each individual transaction work in the best way for my usage. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

A proud Triodos customer

I really like Triodos bank, I feel proud to be part of a bank that is committed to ethical causes. Luckily I've not really had any issues so haven't had to contact the customer services that much, but when I have done they have honestly been so helpful. The app is really easy to use and I love having updates on the causes that Triodos supports. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
