Choosing Ethical Banking

Phone always answered by a real person which is a pleasant change from the usual automated reply and trying to get through to the right department. I chose this bank because of their green credentials, their investment in a sustainable environment, their support for the developing world and their decision not to give bonuses to any employees. Excellent, ethical bank

Triodos provide excellent service with an easy-to-use app, great customer service and strong communication. Their services don’t come with the freebies/extras that some other banks provide but keeping your money with them gives you the assurance that it is doing good. They are the only bank whose ethics are unimpeachable, and that to me is worth far more than something like a free music subscription. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

Triodos - Great Customer Service

They may be a small bank but they do the CS piece in exactly the way I want it. They're mostly hands off. The fees for each individual transaction work in the best way for my usage. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
