The good guys.

Tríodos only invest in those doing good things with their money (or at least reasonable things), and they are totally open about who they lend to. Customer support by phone is amazing, really really good, like walking into a small town bank where staff know you. Quite a nice update magazine with stories of investment projects. Not the best interest rates, but maybe your money is doing something better while you earn some interest from it, and you’re not making the world a worse place. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

No better place at this moment in time to place your money.

It's motives, transparency and messaging is all spot on. When it sends out newsletter emails re. organisations it supports, I like the fact that it's not a "Look how great Triodos Bank is" message but an excellent insight into the organisation that's supported by the Bank. And at the end, a short paragraph putting the Bank into the story quietly. Really great communicators. Reviewed on: 24th January 2022

Marries outstanding customer service with excellent ethical credentials

Wish there were more banks like this - actually trying to do good in the world but, fortunately, the lack of competition doesn't seem to have especially compromised their ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
