Triodos have always been great with customer service, and they're online banking is easy to use. I'm very happy with the Triodos product and service. Although the Cash ISA doesn't offer the highest interest rate on the market, it offers the sort of investment I want to make: responsible, ethical and sustainable. I'm a long term customer - and advocate, of Triodos Bank. Triodos has great clarity for its customers, you know your money will be honestly invested in green projects.Communication & troubleshooting (online or with the app is first class.Triodos may not have the highest rates of returns or interest available, but you can be certain on how your cash will be used while you use Triodos services.
