Triodos cares about its customers

Triodos was MILES better than the other 2 banks I had used, in giving advice against fraud and ID theft, right from the moment I opened my ISA with them. Instead of being reactive, like most banks, Triodos provided me with a really useful publication on how to avoid being a victim of fraud, which demonstrated a genuine care for its customes. I like the fact that the bank shares stories with us about businesses it has invested in. Triodos is the best bank in the UK for ethical banking, in my view. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
