Ethical Bank

Banks have such a bad reputation nowadays... It seems to me that they have lost their moral compass, from investing in causes bad for the environment, the arms trade, tobacco companies and all sort of enterprises that foment the destruction of people and planet to fleecing their customers, bankrupting countries and continuing to make enormous personal profits while most of the world becomes poorer, there is nothing that they are not prepared to do. Triodos though is so different. It is actually ethical in every aspect of its activities. It does not use my money to support unethical enterprises and is an example of good practice and transparency, not only in banking. I often think that the world would be a far better place if more business follow the model of Triodos Bank. Reviewed on: 26th March 2023

A Cash ISA with an ethical, sustainable Bank

I wanted to set up a Cash ISA with an ethical, sustainable bank. Easy to apply through the app. I soon had the account set up (took about a week) Very easy to transfer money into it through the app. I want to invest my money with a bank that only invests in good causes Reviewed on: 23rd April 2025
