A truly ethical bank

I feel very happy placing my money with Triodos. They place ethical and environmental considerations first, whereas for most banks these come second to profitability. And this ethical approach is also reflected in the honesty and transparency of their communication with me as a customer, so I feel confident they will keep me fully informed. Great all-round service.

I have been consistently impressed with Triodos's investment strategies and priorities, with their customer services and I plan to increase my engagement with them in the near future by transferring new funds and closing down other bank accounts that perform less well ethically.
