Best way to put my money where my mouth is

i am a huge fan of triodos bank's ethical crowdfunding platform. through it, i have invested in thrive renewables' new windfarm projects, which actually pay dividends! i have also put money in a couple of other companies through innovative finance ISAs. each offer comes with detailed information and opportunities to hear from the people involved through webinars, but the fact that they are backed by the triodos name is the most reassuring thing to me.
