Care for people and planet

Triodos's care for planet and people is exemplified by its customer service: you get a real human being when you call! It is great to have a bank that shares my values. I know my money is doing good, such as investing in renewable energy, regenerative farming and building communities. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Banking app could be made could be made clearer

I think the banking app could be made could be made more user friendly and clearer as to what is required. Not very clear when trying to make a withdrawal from investment accounts. Also investments are not regulated i.e. no compensation available for losses as with regulated funds. Reviewed on: 20th January 2024
