You can open a Triodos Bank Online Saver account with just £1 and there’s no maximum balance limit. The account can be in a sole name or joint names. The account can be managed via internet banking and in the Triodos mobile banking app.

I have nothing but good feedback for Triodos.

I have nothing but good feedback for Triodos. They have a fantastic range of savings accounts and ISAs, all of which are so easy to manage on the app, banking becomes easy with Triodos. The one time I had a question that I needed to speak with customer services for, it was solved quickly and professionally. The ethos behind the bank aligns with my own values and it is super that you can have a bank that doesn't compromise on quality or professionalism for its values. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2026

Customer service is excellent and human centred

The customer service on the phone is excellent. Everyone I have spoken to has been so human centred. When I say that I mean that they are clear concise helpful understand that dealing with finances is stressful. I have always received a clear answer and helpful guidance to my questions. I have had nothing but positive experiences

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Triodos. Their customer service and communications have always been amazing, especially in comparison to other banks I have used. There is always a lovely person at the other end of the phone if you need anything, and having such positive experiences makes banking much less stressful. I no longer dread having to call the bank! I also love knowing that my money is being looked after by a bank that aims to create positive change and not contribute to the climate crisis. I can't imagine banking anywhere else now!
