Excellent service & banking experience.

I have been with Tridos for many years now and find the online bank very easy to use. If I have had any questions I can phone their office and speak to someone who will resolve any issue or answer any question I have. I'm very pleased with the product and service they provide. Helpful, kind and thoughtful.Ethical Bank

I chose Triodos 10+ years ago because of its ethical values which align with my own values and beliefs and I have been a customer ever since. I have received good sensible advice whenever I have needed it. I have only needed to contact them when I have a problem such as closing one account and opening one that is more beneficial to me. I Love their transparency

I use their online banking app, its simple and intuitive. I chose them because of their ethical rating and haven't been disappointed. I love their transparency and enjoy reading their newsletter about the good things they do. Ethical and easy to access.

I’ve been a Triodos customer for over 20 years, and I am delighted that they have expanded the types of bank accounts available. I have an online saver accound that is easy to access using their banking app. I am planning to swap from Lloyds Bank (a customer for over 40 years) to Triodos business and personal accounts due to Lloyds’s involvement with funding Israel, and the Triodos Ethos, which is much more aligned with my personal values.
