A Truly Ethical Bank with Great Customer Service

Triodos is a truly ethical bank. Ethical banks are largely determined by what they DON'T do rather than what they do (although in Triodos' case they cover both bases). One of the major things they DON'T DO is investing in fossil fuel companies who are a major driver in climate change (that and animal farming), As this is one of the most pressing issue of our times it's important that banks do their -- very large -- bit to ensure 'the good guys' get the investment rather than 'the bad guys'. Good advice and worthwhile investments

This bank has given me helpful advice online and by phone. Investing money with Triodos feels less daunting than with other financial organisations and feels more altruistic. It's good to feel I'm part of an organisation that supports social and environmental projects so it's not just me that benefits from my money. Reviewed on: 27th March 2025

I value how transparent Triodos is about what they do with their investments. I was fed up of having my savings sat in mainstream banks which could be used to fund unethical areas. Setting up the savings account was easy enough and I've not had any problems with them so far! The interest rate is also pretty good. Reviewed on: 8th March 2025

Using my money to good effect

I was looking for a fixed rate savings bond. As I already bank with Triodos, I had a look at what rate they were offering.
