All banks should be more like Triodos

Easy to interact with and the only bank that is truly ethical in the way they invest their funds. I particularly like the regular newsletters giving detailed descriptions of the businesses they have helped and showing that banking can be a force for good in the world rather than a grubby profits obsessed evil. Easy to set up, well explained and straightforward. When I had an enquiry about my bond mid-way through the savings period, Triodos were easy to contact by phone and very helpful. A Friendly Force for Good

I’ve saved with Triodos for more than 15 years. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. You can get a higher rate of interest elsewhere, but with Triodos you know your money is being invested ethically. And the savings bond now pays a decent rate without tying up your money for more than a year. Reviewed on: 25th January 2025

Bond, easy to set up and view

The bond was easy to set up and pay in funds. Internet banking platform could be a bit easier to navigate, but I am only using it to occasionally view the bond and am only guessing at what it would be like to do more complex things on a current account - so perhaps that is fine enough. I have only called customer services once and they seemed good. I can't give a higher rating as I have not really had to deal with them on anything where I needed real help.
