I needed emergency operation while on holiday

Better than most

Been a member of TSB for years because they always give a good service, always looking to help if they can. Also, understanding of needs of disabled is better than most. Physical access to the bank is acceptable. TSB offer better security than most. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

A bank who has hard working staff on the Frontline

This is a bank who is always getting a bad name for it’s IT mishaps. Yes things do wrong, we’re all human. But absolute kudos to every frontline member of staff in branches and contact centres who bust a gut day in day out to help our customer when these issues to arise. Reviewed on: 8th February 2021

Good Bank

Safe, easy banking with decent interest and great customer service ... from a bank? Surprisingly YES!

Opened the online current account and have earned more interest than in a cash ISA with accessibility and good customer service as the icing on the cake. Reviewed on: 18th February 2016

Great place to bank

I have had my platinum current account since it came out I originally took my account with TSB which then became Lloyd then went back again to TSB. The staff are always welcoming, either in branch or over the phone and online banking is easy peasy. Keep up the great work Reviewed on: 16th February 2016
