The process of setting up a charity bond was quite slow especially as I hadn't done it before but the steps were set out quite clearly so I hope that in future it could be easier! The staff at UTB were very helpful and gave clear advice. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Easy to contact responsive efficient staff.

Have always been able to make easy contact and staff are always helpful, responsive and efficient. It is a no frills Bank which is appreciated. The 'advisor' updates provided on issues such as Chancellors Spring update are very helpfull and useful in forming ideas on future tax planning and investment thoughts. Only downside for me (probably my age) is the 'no frills' element sometimes leaves me wanting some more detailed statement information but it is not a show stopper in any way.
