Excellent Deposit Rates and Service for Charities

Offer much better interest rates on deposits than the high banks as well as excellent service. They actually respond promptly to emails and answer the phone !!! Reviewed on: 21st April 2025

Drawn out application process

good for small charities

We place some charity fund with them for one year. They notified us of our options on maturity in plenty of time and we were happy to reinvest with them at their competitive rates. This was one of the few accounts that would accept charity funds so we were very glad to have found them. Opening the account was the usual hassle but at least we felt that they met their money laundering obligations and our money would be safe. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

I’ve been using a United Trust Bank business deposit account and I’m really happy with it. The setup was easy, the interest rates are good, and their customer service has always been friendly and helpful.
