As per my previous rev This bank has contacted me on the next day after my complaint and returned all the money to our nominated account as per our request . I am happy with quick response and that the issue was resolved but still not sure why the did not do it right at first instance .... Reviewed on: 11th May 2020

Band of Cheats!

BAND OF CHEATS!!!!. They sent us an email to decide if we want to reinvest the money in a new bond after the old bond matures. We replied within the required time and asked to reinvest in new bond but they still invested out money in no -interest 7 day account ... . The interest that banks pay is now minuscule but UTB still try to cheat you as much as they can . Stay away!!! and move your money elsewhere.I will be making a complaint to the ombudsman and requesting repayment of the stolen interest... Reviewed on: 6th May 2020

Reply from United Trust Bank Thank you for your review, Dr Pytel, and I am sorry to learn that your instructions were not carried out in time for your maturity. I note from a subsequent review that the matter was resolved and the funds were returned as requested, and I can confirm that we have made various changes to our processes since then to ensure a smoother experience for our customers.
