Products are well described on a well designed website that is easy to navigate. On the occasions I have sought help or advice it was readily available via a quickly answered phone call from staff who were well informed and helpful. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

Great Customer Service

Encountered no problems when wanting to split savings into ISA's etc and when setting my accounts up Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

No mobile signal

I opened a fixed rate fixed term ISA in Oct '24. As a deaf person I struggle to use the phone. In addition we live in an area that has absolutely no mobile signal - so any sort of banking requiring secondary login confirmation via smartphone is a problem. UTB seemed to deal with these issues ok when I was setting up the account. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

Excellent service.
