UTB's web site is a joy

UTB's web site is a joy: very clear and simple to navigate. They have a wide range of savings offers, frequently updated, and very competitive interest rates. UTB keep me informed of new offers, without clogging up my Inbox with unwanted spam. Unfortunately, when I wanted to open a deposit account for a Charity that I am involved with, UTB were not able to do this because they don't have an account suitable for charitable trusts. Easy, quick and with a decent savings rate

Did not need to use Customer Service as all went quickly and smoothly with no problems. Interest rates could be higher everywhere so United Trust are one of the better ones for safe savings. Will certainly look at their rates again for this years ISA. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
