When dealing with United Trust Bank both on line and by phone , I have been treated with polite consideration at all times , and been given full explanations of the questions asked and with knowledgeable advice on how to make the most of my finances.. Great customer service every time.

Very easy to deal with. Super helpful, patient and resourceful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the them. They could give lessons on polite customer service.
