Great Experience with Vanquis

I’ve been with Vanquis for over 3 years now and overall I’m really pleased with the service. I applied when my credit wasn’t the best, and they approved me quickly with a sensible starting limit. The whole process was straightforward online. What I like most is the Vanquis app it’s simple, clean, and shows my balance, spending, and upcoming payments clearly. I check it regularly and it helps me stay in control. I’ve made all my payments on time and they’ve even increased my credit limit a couple of times, which has helped my credit score improve. Customer service has been responsive when I’ve needed them polite and quick to sort things out. The interest rate is on the higher side, but I manage it by clearing the balance each month so it doesn’t cost me extra. Would definitely recommend Vanquis to anyone.They’ve given me confidence with credit again. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026
