Vanquis is great

Never had an issue with the company, was able to up my credit limit easily when given option and when I lost my card I was able to freeze it quickly through the app and get a new one. Also any time I’ve had to deal with customer service It has been great Reviewed on: 9th July 2025

Rewarding for new and existing customers

My experience has always been fantastic with Vanquis - I've had minimal customer service interactions as a result. As a customer, the last thing you want is to be stuck on hold, trying to fix problems. But the app is seamless and troubleshoots so many issues without the need for additional input. Balance transfers are completed incredibly quickly and they constantly have offers on to save you finances and not just as an initial opening offer.
