Good easy to use app.

Good easy to use app. Payments are credited fast as the payment is taken directly from my bank. Always notified about my limit and when payments are due. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

The customer service it is absolutely amazing

The customer service is absolutely amazing. They always respond straight away, and we never have to wait long on the line to be assisted. Whenever I have an issue with my card, they handle it quickly and efficiently. For instance, when my card was cloned, my money was refunded to me immediately. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

A time after a business failure.

There was a time when after a business failure that nearly bankrupted me that my credit rating was just about zero. A friend told me about Vanquis Banking and so I applied, even though I had a good job and well paid no financial body would give me a chance except Vanquis. After 2 years my credit rating had soared and it now stands at 987 of 1000. So thank you Vanquish for giving me the chance. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

I've been with Vanqis for about 7 years..

I've been with Vanqis for about 7 years, I started to build my credit report and ive paid the card off and have a zero balance at the moment but I keep it for an emergency. Always great service whenever I get in touch. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026
