I have had my Vanquis card for about 5 years now and have been impressed by the service. I particularly like the payment reminders I am sent by SMS , it keeps me informed on regular payment dates. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

Vanquis made my Happy Place.

Have had a Vanquis card for a few years and haven't been disappointed in any way. Customer service was very helpful and considerate when I was ill and stressed about payments, but worked out all my worries.
