An issue

Had a purchase from curry's, and vanquish blocked it as it was a big purchase, they did not contact me straight awsy which was disappointing, I had to contact them to get it sorted, took nearly 50 minutes to sort before I could continue the purchase Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

vanquis are very fair.

vanquis are very fair. They give you a very sensible credit limit. Their online app makes it very easy to see your spending limits your repayment also making repayment every month very easy. They don’t push a unrealistic credit limit on you encouraging you to spend money that you may have trouble paying back they are straightforward fair and I’ve never had any trouble with them Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

Simply the best

Great service been a customer for years

The repayment plans on credit card are reasonable every month and I also took a loan outwith the card and it was fast approval and as I was paying it off early it the interest was really low Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

Vanquis bank is amazing credit card to use the help they provide you with is 10/10 they always understand any money issues and guide you through it and I love the new feature of being able to promise to make a payment as it’s really helped with my direct debits and outstanding payment.
