Had my card for 10 years.

Had my card for 10 years. Always found the service to be good. The downsides are the high APR. I've never missed a payment in the time I've had my card. If you run your account well then I think you should get a better APR Reviewed on: 5th May 2024

Vanquis a brilliant company excellent service!

Vanquis has been fabulous, The customer service has been helpful when I wanted to pay for flights it was very close to my limit and I worried the payment might be denied. Obviously I couldn’t go in to credit but the team reassured me and my flights were booked without any problems. I also built my credit rating up using this card and it was a great choice for myself and my family to gain experience of using credit well. It makes life simple when you pay for items and it is then sent to app for authorisation. It gives me a sense of security in this world which sees cards cloned and scams I feel vanquis gives me more security and an excellent team of advisors to help if I have doubts or queries so a huge thank you from my family and I.
