Good app, great customer service. Highly recommend

I am a student without a fixed income but I was able to apply for a vanquis credit card. This allowed me a lot of financial flexibility. When I needed to change my address, the customer service was friendly and helped me very quickly over the phone. I also like the Vanquis app as it clearly tells me my balance and due date and I have the option to automatically pay off the full balance from my main bank account every month which helps me avoid accruing debt Reviewed on: 3rd May 2024

Excellent and thoughtfully managed credit card.

I’ve had my Vanquis card for over two years. It’s very easy to manage. New transactions and payment information are clearly explained. The app is excellent and I’ve had no problem getting through to customer service. I’ve had issues with overspending and credit limits are thoughtfully monitored to limit risk.
