I’ve never had any bad experiences using my card and the app is great to use. Easy to authorise payments via the app. Only had to use customer service once and it was straight forward and my question was answered problem resolved. Nothing was to much trouble. Reviewed on: 20th May 2026

This is the only card I can say has helped me through difficult times. Always naught percent offers. I have been with them for many years and shall continue to until I am here. Great service. My Vanquis card was easy to apply for with excellent customer service to answer any questions I had, after several credit limit increases it has allowed me to furnish our home to a level we love, taking my credit score from poor to a level that has allowed us to purchase our first nearly new car and not to mention some great holidays, a fabulous way to build your credit rating, thanks to Vanquis for all your help.
