I am totally disgusted with Vanquis as you send me texts that I can neither reply to or block. On top of that you charge me for them which I am going to make very public to all people I know it’s cost me over £20 so far and I am in the early stages of talking legal action. Well firstly, I am proud to say I am with Vanquis! They have helped me have access to to extra funds throughout the months. Even better yet doing this also helps me build my credit score at the same time. There was one situation I was near my limit, and i made a cash withdrawal. I had forgot there was a cash fee for this, so I was confused as to how I went into overdraft. But I spoke to a very helpful and polite member of the Vanquis team, they helped me understand better and assisted in telling me how this all works and when the monthly statements generate on my account, I I was informed to make sure I keep a certain amount in the account around the given time so I don’t have the same issues again. To be fare, I have had little to no experience with difficulties in my dealings with anyone at any offices as yet, I use my credit card as and when I need to and at the end of the month pay off the outstanding total. With this, I have no problems. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
